Proposed new construction, designed in a mix of architectural styles, merged seamlessly with existing historic buildings.

Challenging the city's antiquated zoning ordinances, we proposed a range of building types, with high buildings at prominent corners and intersections.  A tower was envisioned to terminate the axis of a primary intersecting street.
